The word Kaizen, has various meanings. Literally meaning “Good Change”, Kaizen has come to mean “continual improvement” in English, and is linked to the Taoism and Buddhism philosophy of benefitting the whole, not the individual.
This philosphy describes nicely our approach to ensure your holiday in these apartments is worry free and relaxing. Kaizen helps us focus on the important points of your holiday.
Additionally, the 2,000 man hours invested each year, the continued financial investment, directly in the apartments, and indirectly in areas such as our laundry and cleaning equipment, to ensure that you get the best, worry free, holiday possible.
Attention to detail and understanding the requirements of our visitors is paramount and the reason why, in only our second year, our visitors, their friends and families, are arriving and returning time and again.

Are there ever any problems?
Oh yes, problems we sometimes have. No complaints about the apartments though. If there is a
problem, however big, however small, it is fixed as soon as possible. Some things can be fixed
straight away, like the none opening can opener. Some take longer. We have invested heavily
in new filter technology to stop the residue from the hard water here blocking taps and showers
(in only a few days) and reducing water flow. This took many months as research into the best
products was time consuming as not every product in this field actually works as advertised!
Actually this process is still continuing....
However, our aim is to ensure you have no problems at all. Much time is spent on maintenace, inspections and checking to spot problems before they occur or before they are noticed.
Some things we were not happy with, maybe a bad choice of goods, or an item that does not live up to expectation. These are changed as soon as practically possible.
Are we obsessive? Probably.....
All this and a fair price for you
And all of this is done with realistic pricing. No extras to pay for, no hidden charges. Our prices are carefully calculated to ensure you get a very fair deal, the best price possible, for your holiday.
The apartments are available 365 days a year so our costs are spread over a long period. The prices we charge are realistic to attract visitors, but never to a level where one holiday subsidises another. In the winter our prices include heating, in the summer our prices are lower than most and include air conditioning. If we ever had to offer an apartment at a silly price just to fill it, we would have failed, we just could not do that.
Fair means fair, to everyone, equally. But remember, for long term winter stays, we do offer great deals!
