Whilst our apartments are beautifully presented, the cost to rent an apartment for your holiday is kept as low as possible. We do not believe in excessive charges or hidden costs; operating 365 days a year we aim to offer a fair price to our visitors.
The method of pricing for 2006 has changed. We realised that smaller group of holiday visitors were subsidising the larger groups. So now we have dropped the price of the apartment, but every person who stays pays a small charge. The result is fairer all round.

Dates and prices for Fuchsia, 2 bedroom holiday apartment
The price of your holiday is the base price plus the guest price for each person.
One child of 4 years of age or under can holiday free of charge.
A payment of 50% is required to confirm a booking, with the remainder payable one month prior to the start of your holiday.
Payment is normally made with a Euro currency bank transfer, details available when making a booking.
If you cancel your reservation more than 3 months before your arrival date, a full refund of the initial deposit is given,
between 1½ and 3 months before your arrival date, only half of the initial deposit will be refunded,
less than 1½ month before your arrival date, a partial refund is given only if the accommodation can be
let to someone else.
The minimum period of stay is normally 7 nights.
There is no preferred changeover day. Choose a day that is convenient for your travel.
