The generous welcome pack is designed to ensure that you can relax as soon as you arrive at the holiday apartment. Whenever you arrive you can have refreshments and something to eat, giving you time to unwind and make plans for your holiday. Everything you need is provided, from sheets to beach towels in the fully equipped apartment.

What is available for you at the holiday apartment?
The Welcome Pack “Plus”
A welcome pack of:- milk
orange juice - honey
strawberry jam
marmalade
- butter
margarine
- ham
cheese
eggs
- bread rolls
bread for toast
- tea
ground coffee
instant coffee
sugar
- biscuits
crisps
- 2 bottles white wine
1 bottle red wine
6 cans of beer
- 1 litre Coca Cola
1 litre 7Up/Sprite
5 litres drinking water
If you forget some personal toiletries, we have a stock of:
- shower gel, 2 in 1 shampoo, sponges
- shaving gel, disposable razors (m/f)
- deodorant (m/f), hairspray
- tooth brushes, tooth paste
Initial supplies of soap and toilet paper are in the bathrooms.
- Each bed has the following:
- mattress protector
- two pillows with pillow protectors
- percale cotton or polycotton sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers
- combination duvets (4.5 and 9 tog) in the winter season
- blanket
- bedspread
- Each person is provided with these towels
- bath sheet, hand, bidet, beach & face cloth
- golf towels are availble on request
- guest towels in each bath/shower room are supplied.
Clean sheets and towels are available once a week in winter, twice a week in summer.
There is air conditioned cooling and heating in all apartments.
Wi-Fi access for your computer is available in Hibiscus and Petunia.
To help lessen the impact of your visit to the Algarve, initial supplies of a full range of environmentally friendly cleaning products is supplied for your use.
There is a PT phone for incoming calls in Hibiscus and Petunia.
A cleaning service is available on request.
Costs of gas, electricity and water are included in the standard rate.
There is a safe in each apartment.
There is Television with satellite channels in Hibiscus, Petunia and Mimosa, and cable in Fuchsia. For channel information see TVCabo (The none highlighted channnels).

Although not essential, a hire car will provide many more opportunities to enjoy your stay. See Other Information for details of a cheap transfer to Alvor if you do not want to hire a car from the airport.
It is sometimes cheaper to fly to Lisbon and travel to the Algarve in a hire car or come by bus or train. The journey to the Algarve takes about three hours by car. Bus services and train services are regular.
If you require anything at all, there is normally someone close at hand to help.
