Entrance Hall

In the hallway there is a table with telephone (for incoming calls) and a mirror over, coat hooks, umbrella stand, bookshelves with information folders about the Algarve, golf, local activities and phone book.

Sitting Room

In the sitting room are two large sofas that easily open into double size beds, complete with wall unit with wardrobe and drawers for two guests. There are cupboards and shelves to hold the television with satellite network channels, Wi-Fi Access, DVD player, music system with CD, tape deck and radio. The cupboards also hold extra sets of glasses, crockery and cutlery for dining, and a selection of books. Bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are held in a cupboard here for guests. There is a dining table with chairs, reading lamp and a nest of coffee tables. Ceiling lights and ceiling fan for helping to keep cool and there is an air conditioning unit with cooling/heating facilities. Sliding doors lead onto the balcony.

Kitchen

The kitchen is modern with built in units and a breakfast table. This is a fully equipped kitchen with the a four ring gas hob, electric oven with grill and fan options, extractor hood and microwave oven. A dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine complete the major items. Kettle, water filter, coffee maker, toaster, food processor, blender, mixer, sandwich toaster are the minor appliances. A set of cooking pans, chopping boards and knives are there to help you cook. There is a complete set of cutlery, crockery and glasses for four people to eat with. A steam iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and other cleaning equipment plus a first aid kit and torch, all less used we think. Sliding doors lead onto the balcony.

Bedrooms

Each bedroom has two single beds - 90cm x 190cm, a chest of drawers with mirror over, two bedside cabinets, built in wardrobe with drawers and variety of hangers. A ceiling light with fan for cooling at night, and an air conditioning unit with cooling/heating facilities. There are two bedside lamps and two wall lights for reading with.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a bath with shower over, a hand basin in vanity unit, a toilet and a bidet. There is a cupboard for personal toiletries and a mirror over the hand basin with lights Towel rails, floor mats and a non-slip shower mat complete the picture.

Balcony

The balcony in this two-bedroom apartment connects the kitchen and the sitting room. It has sea views and the afternoon and evening sun. The table and chairs let you eat or drink outside. there is a clothes dryer for any washing or swimsuits to dry. The views and sunsets can be amazing and provide the perfect backdrop for your relaxing holiday.
